There is no fee for the initial consultation. All information shared is treated as confidential.

Is the initial consultation free?
Yes. The initial consultation — whether by video call or in person at the Maribor office — carries no charge. Its purpose is to establish whether your situation falls within our advisory scope and to outline what a formal engagement would involve.
Do you only work with Slovenian clients?
No. The majority of our clients are resident in other EU member states — Austria, Croatia, the Czech Republic — as well as the Gulf region and Southeast Asia. Slovenian residency is not a requirement; our service is international in scope.
Can you also advise on the domestic tax treatment of the structure?
No. Astroaastro advises on the international structural and compliance dimension. Domestic tax advice in any jurisdiction requires a licensed tax adviser in that country. We work alongside those advisers — we do not replace them.
How long does a typical structuring engagement take?
Most engagements run eight to fourteen weeks from the initial consultation to a fully incorporated and banked structure. Timeline depends on the jurisdictions involved, the complexity of the ownership chain, and the pace of banking institution responses.
What information do you need to begin?
To assess your situation, we need to understand your residence country, the nature of the business or assets involved, any existing entity structures, and your objectives over a three-to-five-year horizon. This can be provided in a brief written summary or discussed at the initial consultation.
